Congratulations to the Wayland Varsity Girls golf team on a great regular season.  The Wildcats finished the season tied with Catholic Centra for 4th place in a really tough OK Gold conference.  The team was made up of three juniors, Alaina Tobin, Ali Oddy, Emily Drew, and three seniors, Jordan Keena, Paige Keena, and Rylee VandenBerg.  During the season each player took turns having the best round of the day.  Alain Tobin received Honorable Mention All Conference and will finish the year on the top 25 averages of all time at Wayland.  The team will try to qualify for the State Finals on Tuesday at Diamond Springs.  Good Luck ladies and great job this season. 

The Wayland varsity girls golf team shot a team score of 198 Tuesday in the OK Gold's first Jamboree of the season.  The Wildcats were lead by the junior duo of Alaina Tobin (45) and Ali Oddy (46), Rylee Vandenberg (52) and Paige Keena (55) finished off the scoring for the team.  The ladies travel to Gracewil Golf Club on Monday for the second Jamboree of the season.  Great job ladies.  

Practice begins at 8 am on August at Orchard Hills golf club.
