SOUTH CHRISTIAN HIGH SCHOOL: 2
The Varsity Softball Team defeated South Christian in a MHSAA Pre District softball game at Hopkins, 15-2. Leading the Wildcat attack was Reese Veltman, going 2-2, with a Double. Kami Morse was 3-4, with a Home Run, Triple and a Single. Emma Tornes was 2-4, with two doubles. Kaelyn Sikkema had 2 hits and a walk. Rya VanderKooi had 2 hits. Kennedy Cole, Hannah Rairigh, Harmony Laker, Liberty Laker, and Grace Kincaid each had one hit. Emma Ludema took the victory on the mound, striking out 9 batters and walking none.
