In the first Match if the night Wayland had a tough Back and forth battle with OK Gold Opponent Forest Hills Eastern. The Hawks pulled a head of the Wildcats in the 2nd to last match and were able to seal the win in final match of the duel 30-39.
In the 2nd match of the Evening Wayland was defeated by a very good Byron Center 6-72
Jr. Tyler Yanke (135) was undefeated on the evening including a big pin against Byron Center
So. Big John Watson (285) Was undefeated in exhibition matches for the JV Wildcats
