The Wildcats picked up a tough conference road win (49-42) against East Grand Rapids.  With the win Wayland moves to 8-2 overall and 3-0 in O-K Gold Conference play.  After begin down at the end of the 3rd quarter, in what was a back and forth defensive struggle, the Wildcats were able to use a offensive run in the 4th quarter to grab the lead for good.  Senior Cory Ainsworth scored 10 of his game high 24 points in that 4th quarter.  Up next for the Wildcats is another conference road game at Forest Hills Eastern on Friday night.
