Ladies Bowling:
Wayland 15 - Grand Rapids Christian 15
All I know is that it was an extremely close match as it came down to the final two bowlers. We seemed to have wrapped it up, but an open for us and a great game from them. We will have to get it together and beat them at the conference tournament.
A shout out to freshman Haley Taylor who had a personal best game of 152 (I think)
Mens Bowling:
Wayland 5 - Grand Rapids Christian 25.
Argh... We started out well, but ran into scores much higher than ours. We nearly watched a 300 rolled against us by GRC's anchor. Elijah Herrema of GRC came up a little short with a fine 288.
Dillon Smith bowled well tonight with a 199 and 202. Jared Geerligs took his point in the first match. Joe Laidler struck in three of his four Baker frames. Christian Courser spared in three of his four Baker frames.
