The Wayland Union Wrestlers hosted the first Quad of the season tonight and start the season 2-0  

Round 1

The Wildcats started the season with our annual “Border War” Match with Hopkins.  The Cats won 66-8. 

On Mat 2, Plainwell defeated Loy Norix in a close hard fought Duel. 

Round 2

In the Second round, the Wayland Wrestlers took on the other winners of Round 1, Plainwell.  The Wildcats wrestled tough and came away with their second win of the evening, 51-30. 

On mat 2, Loy Norix Defeated Hopkins, 42-24  

Wayland had 4 wrestlers start their seasons with going 2-0 on the night by pinning both opponents  

119- Luke Hindenach, 140- Adam Ordway, 189-Ashton Ordway, and 215- Jack Langley
